What is the Laureve Points Program?
The Laureve Points Program is our way of rewarding you for every purchase you make. You earn points every time you shop, which can be redeemed for exclusive discounts on futur orders!
How do I earn points?
- Earn 1 point for every AUD $1 you spend on eligible products (excluding shipping
& discounts). - Points are automatically added to your account after checkout is complete.
How do I redeem my points?
Once you've collected 100 points, you can redeem them for a $5 voucher to use on your next purchase.
At checkout, you'll see your available points and be able to apply them if eligible.
How do I check my points balance?
Log into your Laureve Lash account, and your points balance will be visible in your Rewards Dashboard.
Is there a minimum spend to use my voucher?
There is no minimum spend required to redeem your $5 voucher — just apply it on your next order!
Do my points expire?
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned. We’ll remind you before they expire so you don’t miss out!
Can I earn points on sale items?
Yes, you’ll still earn points on sale items — as long as they are not part of a special
promotion that excludes rewards.
Do I earn points on shipping or taxes?
No, points are earned on the product subtotal only, not on shipping or tax amounts.
Can I combine multiple vouchers in one order?
Yes, you can! Points can be stacked for multiple redemptions in a single transaction.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
Points are non-transferable and tied to your individual customer account.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account.
