Order Processing
Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a fulfillment email with tracking information.
Please note the following based on your chosen shipping method:
- Tracking Information: You can track your order via Australia Post once it has entered their system. For any shipping-related inquiries or issues, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly.
- Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays due to environmental factors or other circumstances beyond our control affecting Australia Post's services.
- Lost or Damaged Parcels: If your parcel appears to be stuck, delayed, damaged, or marked as delivered but is missing, please contact Australia Post directly for assistance, as they will have the most up-to-date information about your parcel's status.
We use Australia Post as a third-party shipping service, and we can only follow the same process you can. It is often quicker and more effective to resolve issues directly with Australia Post.

- Please allow 3-4 extra business days to arrive for rural areas
- During busy periods such as EOFY Sales, Black Friday Sales, Christmas and New year, these times can increase. If it needs to arrive before a certain date, please contact us first before purchasing and confirm it can make it, although we cannot foresee delays that are out of our control.
Return Information
Return Information
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
